A position on a public leaderboard, decided entirely by how much has been paid toward that listing. This is paid placement. It is not a review, an endorsement, or a judgement of anyone's work by Topbill.
Anyone can pay more and move above you at any moment. That is the whole mechanic of the board. You keep every dollar you have spent and your listing stays up — you simply move down.
Bids are non-refundable, including when you are outranked minutes later. If a payment fails or is disputed, the listing or the raise it paid for is removed.
List yourself, or someone who has given you permission. Do not list anyone under 18. Do not impersonate anyone. We remove listings that break this and do not refund them.
Follower numbers and rates are entered by whoever created the listing. Topbill does not verify them. Brands should check for themselves before spending money.
If a listing is about you and you want it gone, email us and we will remove it. No payment is refunded for a removal requested by the person who paid.
